Privacy policy for the i2GO Employer App — how we handle data within the mobile platform.

The i2GO platform is a recruitment and candidate discovery platform for employers, recruiters, and organisations across Europe to discover, review, and connect with verified candidates for employment opportunities.
By using the App, users agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Candidates may provide:
All candidate profiles are reviewed and verified by the admin team before becoming visible to employers or recruiters. i2GO reserves the right to verify profile authenticity, approve or reject submissions, hide incomplete or suspicious profiles, and remove misleading content. Only profiles marked as "Verified" may become visible to employers.
Candidate contact details may remain partially hidden until certain approval or recruitment stages are completed.
We process personal data based on user consent, performance of platform services, legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations — including GDPR where applicable.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Information may be shared only with:
User data may be processed or stored on servers located outside the user's country of residence. Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect user data during such transfers, in accordance with GDPR Art. 46.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for recruitment activities, platform operations, legal compliance, and security. Candidates may request profile deletion subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Depending on applicable laws, users may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data, withdraw consent, or request a copy of stored information. Requests can be submitted to maney@i2go-europe.de.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures including encrypted communication (HTTPS/SSL), access controls, authentication mechanisms, admin-level verification workflows, and monitoring. No digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
The App may use session cookies, analytics tools, and device identifiers to improve platform functionality, performance, and user experience.
The platform is intended for professional and employment-related use by individuals legally eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users may be notified of major changes through the App, website, or email. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
