Operating since 2020 from Münster under Indian Ocean GmbH, we draw on more than 40 years of recruitment experience in India. Regional managers across four Indian states identify candidates, who then complete federally-approved vocational and language training before we match them with German employers.

Brief

We meet to understand roles, volumes, timelines, and German-language requirements. Output: a written placement plan.

Source & Verify

Regional managers in India identify candidates. We verify documents, references, and skills before any shortlist reaches you.

STEP 03
Train

Selected candidates complete government-approved vocational training and B1-level German at our centers — typically 4–6 months.

STEP 04
Interview

You interview the shortlist over video. We coordinate scheduling, translation if needed, and second-round logistics.

STEP 05
Visa & Recognition

We file qualification recognition (Anerkennung) and visa paperwork. Most candidates receive approval within 8–12 weeks.

STEP 06
Arrival & Integration

We handle accommodation, banking, registration, and check-ins through the first six months on the job.

My research career took me from India to the Max Planck Institute, with eighteen international publications along the way. What stayed with me wasn't the science. It was watching how much depended on the people around the work — and how easily that part is overlooked.

We charge based on what your business can absorb — not what the placement costs us. The structure follows EU SME definitions so there's no negotiation about which tier you fit.

We absorb placement costs for genuine micro-enterprises wherever feasible. Where coverage isn't possible, the worker contributes 5–6% of annual income — the German standard.
